To understand the usefulness of our electric pallet trucks, also called electric stackers or spoke wheel stackers, it is important to share the potential and concept behind these pallet trucks. Electric pallet trucks are somewhere between the low-lift pallet truck and the front-end truck. They are the winning choice for those who need to carry out operations easily and intuitively, using state-of-the-art technology to develop the logistics of their workplaces, even where space is reduced.
The working method is no different from other forklifts: the forks of the pallet trucks are inserted underneath the pallet (or load) and the handling takes place.

We produce a complete range of electric pallet trucks with rated capacities over 25,000 kg, designed for handling over 6 metres in height.
In each set-up, we make Icem electric pallet trucks easy to handle even for the less experienced, versatile in their applications, and use them profitably even in special contexts.
Movements are fast, precise and practical: they make the logistical improvement a reality, entering work phases where other machines do not arrive.
The structure of each electric pallet truck is robust despite its small footprint, and the stability, already high in standard versions, can be increased by adding folding side stabilisers. The side stabilisers are two mechanical arms that open at the operator’s discretion to increase stability especially at high lifts.
Each Icem electric pallet truck is equipped with a maintenance-free, three-phase motor, which guarantees the machine’s smooth and gentle movement both when travelling and when storing and retrieving goods. The fully extended stroke end is smooth and does not create recoil.
We design security to take your mind off things
Our electric pallet trucks are equipped with all the necessary safety devices to ensure the operator can operate in peace. Each machine is equipped with a multifunctional display that gives immediate feedback on the status of the electric pallet truck. This instrument supplements the information with the battery charge level, hours of operation and travel speed.
When designing our pallet trucks operated from the ground, we have chosen a tiller pivoted at the bottom. This translates into several advantages. First of all, a longer tiller gives the operator the possibility to drive the pallet truck from a greater distance, increasing safety. If the tiller is left by the operator, a specific device allows its smooth and controlled return to a vertical position. The emergency button located on the steering head allows an immediate stop whenever it is actuated.
Every Icem electronic pallet truck is equipped with low guards that reduce the possibility of foot damage. The chassis are rounded for ergonomics and the power steering assists the operator in every operation, ensuring minimum effort with maximum manoeuvrability.
Simultaneous double lifting and a catalogue full of options
If you need to handle more volume in less time, if you have non-stackable goods (e.g. fruit and fragile products), ramps to negotiate or particularly uneven floors, with the ‘DS’ option we give you the possibility of handling two pallets at the same time, up to 2000 kg, or raise the forks to the ground to tackle slopes with more ease. With this set-up, the forklift truck will be equipped with a double lift and the ground forks will be liftable separately from the lifting forks by means of a special control.
Our electric pallet trucks are also available in stainless steel and galvanised versions and with many options in the catalogue: non-standard fork and platform dimensions, wide forks for picking up loads without the encumbrance of stringers under the load, concave forks for coils, struts, cold store adaptation, laterally extractable battery, total free lift, push-button lift on header and proportional solenoid valve, FEM plate for adding accessories and much more.
