Every load has a unique shape and weight, which is why we offer tailor-made solutions for every need. Our forklifts and pallet trucks are designed to lift, pull and handle even special loads: non-standard weights and dimensions are our speciality.
In our 60 years of presence on the market, we have developed a range of standard and customised electric forklift trucks, with capacities up to 25 tonnes, to work in ordinary, extreme or special conditions. Our products have a customised design and are manufactured with utmost attention to detail.

Our history
For more than 60 years, ICEM has been providing state-of-the-art solutions
1961
ICEM Spa is established.
Icem starts its own business. The company focuses on the production of battery chargers for forklift trucks.
The first pallet truck.
The first request is made to Icem: it is decided to implement its product range with the first pallet trucks for internal handling.
1963
1964
Range expansion.
Electronic weighing machines for food products and electronic counting machines are introduced into the product range. The design and complete implementation of the machines was carried out completely in-house.
24V
Technology changes, from 12V the pallet trucks are produced at 24V.
1968
1970
We reach high levels.
Production of high-lift pallet trucks begins.
Range expansion.
Start manufacturing specialised automatic packaging machines. The experience gained in designing automatic machines in general will be of great help in the advancement of special pallet truck technologies.
1971
1986
Specialisation: only handling machines.
The demands on our pallet truck range are increasing, so we decided to move away from other sectors and simply concentrate on developing a range of pallet trucks of all types, including special versions, for internal goods handling.
New corporate structure.
The management of Icem became family-run, with Gian Carlo Rondinini completely in charge of the organisation and his children Elena and Gianni at his side, with the aim of providing continuity and guaranteeing a secure future.

The first 10Ton pallet truck is produced.
Adoption of Separate Energization.
2001

We produce the first “Cross”, four-way pallet truck with retractable mast.
Adoption of Alternating Current.
2005
2008
The Cross model evolves and we add the operator on board, creating the “Cross-P”.
First machine with dual traction motor and power steering.
2014
2015
New control header.
Proportional solenoid valve lift and power steering as standard on steering wheel-driven trucks.
